Your Custom Order Process

Tell Us What You Need

Submit your requirements, quantities, sizes, preferred fabrics and design preferences.

Quotation & Design Discussion

KB87 reviews the requirement and confirms the applicable quotation and design direction.

₹1,000 Design Advance

A ₹1,000 non-refundable design advance is required to initiate design changes, updates or modifications.

04

Design Lock

Once the design is approved and locked, 50% of the total order value is payable in advance.

05

Production

Production begins after design confirmation, complete player details and applicable advance payment.

06

Dispatch

Remaining balance payable before dispatch. Approx. 10–12 days after final design confirmation.

Timelines may vary due to weather conditions and other unavoidable circumstances.

Rates shown are base/indicative rates. Final pricing may change depending on fabric availability, quantity, customisation, design complexity, special sizing and construction requirements. The final quotation will be confirmed with you before production.

Plain Fabric

Plain garments have a lower base cost and are available in selected solid colours depending on the fabric (typically White, Black, Dark Navy — availability varies).

Sublimated

Sublimated construction supports full custom designs, graphics, patterns, gradients and team-specific artwork. Ideal for coloured kits and unique designs.
